Alcohol 2 go Terms & Conditions
1. We will not serve anyone if we believe
you to be excessively in drink.
2. We will not serve anyone if we believe
that alcohol will be passed to under 18’s.
3. Abuse to our staff will not be tolerated
whether physical or verbal. For security purposes it maybe necessary
to record telephone calls. Some personal data maybe retained on
our systems (name, address, telephone number, date of birth and
email address). Your card details will not be stored electronically.
4. Alcohol 2 Go provides a safe environment
for all personal details, operating under the 2004 Data Protection
Act.
5. The law places certain restrictions on
transactions involving alcohol, therefore alcohol must be either
ordered by you or delivered by us during our licensed hours. If
you have ordered alcohol from us and cannot be at home at your selected
delivery time, then a substantive person over the age of 18 should
be avaialble and able to provide suitable photographic identification
to support the collection of alcohol.
6. Prices and descriptions maybe subject
to change without prior notice.
7. The price of goods shown does include
delivery.
8. Payment maybe made by debit or credit
card. You cannot pay for your order by cheque unless backed by a
guarantee card that must be completed on the back of the cheque
to include: Card number, valid from date, expiry date, name of owner,
first line of address and postcode.
9. Authority for payment will be requested
from your card issuer at the time of your order. We reserve the
right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority
for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at
any stage.
10. If paying by debit or credit card, we
will not store your card details.
11. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries
in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain
areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
12. Products are subject to availability
and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of
goods (particularly goods on special offers) supplied to any one
customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability
for other customers. In the event of non availability of any goods
ordered, we may offer a reasonable substitute. This may affect the
price you pay. You may reject any substitute item and we will refund
the amount you have been charged for that substitute. It is our
policy to identify any substitute items to you at the time of delivery
and give you the opportunity to accept or reject the item at the
time.

13. We take special care to endeavour
that all deliveries are made within a short delivery period. It
is therefore your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person
is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery
slot. An appropriate person must sign for all the goods on delivery.
If no one is present at the address when the delivery is attempted
the goods will be retained by us and a charge of £3 will be
added for a re-delivery.
14.
We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods
and notify us promptly by telephoning us to report any dissatisfaction
with your order. We will promptly and fully refund the price of
any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or
arrange for the delivery of replacement goods, provided that you
notify us at the time of delivery of the goods.
15. Once your order has been dispatched it
cannot be altered or cancelled, if you need additional goods a separate
order will need to be made incurring normal delivery costs in line
with our delivery pricing.
16. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions
will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting
form our negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty,
nor will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights.

local authority Trading Standards Department.
17. We will not be deemed to be in breach
of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any
delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if
that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstances
beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to: fire,
flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption
to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown
of equipment, road traffic problems.
18. To help us ensure the best possible service
some telephone calls will be recorded.
19. Any customer complaints should be addressed
to us via letter, telephone or email - you will find an email link
or address and telephone numbers listed on our website.
20. We may change the terms of special offers,
or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice.
21. Minimum orders £15.
22. Should you need to cancel your order
please notify us within 5 minutes of ordering and a full refund
will be given. Due to the nature of our business, if your cancellation
exceeds 5 minutes we will refund you the full amount less £3
for delivery. This will cover our petrol costs as all goods are
dispatched within 5 minutes of you ordering.
23. These terms and conditions are
subject to change at any time. Any such changes will be displayed
on this page.
